Privacy policy.

The legally thorough account of what information this site collects, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and we treat your inbox the way we'd want ours treated.

What we collect.

We collect information you choose to give us and a small amount that arrives automatically:

Information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, practice or company name, and anything you write to us through our contact forms, the mail slot, email, or when you book a call.
Booking details — when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and the answers to our pre-call questions, and shares them with us.
Usage data — standard analytics: pages visited, time on page, browser and device type, and the general region you're visiting from. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
Cookies — small files that keep the site working (for example, remembering that you unlocked the Sugar Monki kit wall for a visit) and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will keep working.

What we use it for.

Answering you when you write to us. (A real human reads it. We promise.)
Preparing for and following up on calls you book.
Sending you things you've specifically asked for — like a Sugar Monki passkey.
Understanding how the site is used, so we can make it better.
Keeping the site secure and functioning.

WHAT WE DON'T DO: we don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't hand it to advertisers. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. We don't do cold outreach with it. This isn't that kind of lab.

Who else touches it.

A short list of service providers who process data on our behalf, strictly to run this site and our business: our website host, our scheduling provider (Calendly), our email provider, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it.

Correspondence and booking records are kept as long as we have a working relationship (or a reasonable hope of one), and then as long as ordinary business record-keeping requires. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, ask — see below.

Your choices.

Access or correction — ask us what we have about you, or ask us to fix it.
Deletion — ask us to delete your information, and we will, unless a legal obligation says otherwise.
Cookies — control them in your browser settings.

To exercise any of these, email hey@testmonki.com with the subject line "Privacy." We'll respond within thirty days, usually much faster.

Children.

This site is for grown-ups making business decisions. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy.

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top and, if the change is significant, say so plainly on this page. We won't quietly move the furniture.
